The sole purpose of my website www.enricoferrari.art is to present my artwork and concepts online.

I have no interest in gathering or holding the personal data of visitors to my site, but periodically, I may wish to see if and how my website has been used, but my only interest on this point is in respect of anonymised or aggregated data. My website is not a commercial enterprise, it does not seek in any way to make or facilitate sales, make marketing campaigns or process payments. Indeed, my website does not provide any forms to compile nor seek in any way to have visitors enter personal data. In this way, it is my aim to minimise the data that is collected from visitors to my site.

That said, we receive, collect and store any information you  provide us in other ways, eg. should you send me an email. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, as well as certain computer and connection information.

 

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information including name, email, communications, comments and feedback.

 

My webstite is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may therefore be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

 

  1. To provide and operate my website;

  2. To provide our my website with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which they or their business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  4. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations
